Caring for the most precious parts of you.
A Postpartum Doula is perfect for you if you're looking to have overall support throughout your 4th trimester. A Postpartum Doula helps create a seamless transition when coming home with your new mini.

What does this look like? When having PPD support you will be supplied with tips and tricks for all things baby, family, lactation, and mental health. You will be able to request your favorite flavors of whole grain, fresh fruit overnight oats and will wake up feeling a little less stressed and more empowered with clean bottles prepped for the next day. You will be guided through any and all parts of taking care of a newborn that you might not be the most confident in, and will be given guidance through things step-by-step until you've got it down.

Here to help provide comfort during the hardest nights which in most cases, can be every night.

I believe culture is one of the most important things in this lifetime. That being said, though your Doula's opinions and recommendations given, the main goal is to fit into your family-home culture and make you feel comfortable during such an intimate time. As a Postpartum Doula, I specialize in emotional support and well being. Providing an open ear and guidance through postpartum depression, anxiety, and any other mental or physical hardships you may come across. This goes for both parents during the postpartum process.

Wether this is your first or second newborn, postpartum doulas are here to help support you, your mental health, and set up plans for your postpartum journey so you feel confident living life the way you choose for your family.

WHAT FAMILIES SAY
ALICIA P.
... “Elle is every new moms dream come true. She came to us at the most critical and vulnerable moment of our lives…
…It was such a relief as new parents getting full nights sleep and knowing that our precious baby had such a loving and capable doula! I’d recommend her to any family.” ...
EMILY Y.
"... I used to watch the clock, counting down the minutes until Elle would get there. Not only did she give us extreme peace of mind and the ability to get some precious sleep, but she brought expertise we desperately needed in how to manage a newborn, emotional support during late night nursing or pumping sessions..."
BLAIR C.
"... we entered the whole situation a little unsure how it all “worked”. Any unease or apprehension vanished the moment she walked in the door. She has the warmest and kindest personality that immediately made all of us feel incredible (baby, Dad and me!)..."
